Chart Widget - Actual and Planned Power vs Capacity per Row

Shows 3 data points for each selected row. The budget power, sum of all planned items in the selected cabinets as a bar labeled Planned, the actual active power, the sum of all installed items in the selected cabinet as a bar labeled Actual, and the row capacity as a line. The actual values are based on the latest available readings from Power IQ. This widget assumes the data polling interval is set for 10 minutes.
