Chart Widget - Host and VM Count by VM Manager

Shows the number of items for each VM Manager. Only the items that are integrated with a VM Manager and have Integration Status are included in the count. VM and Host attributes like Operating System, CPU Type, CPU Quantity, Services, Power State, Integration Status etc. get updated each time sync occurs.
