Chart Widget - Actual Power and Budget Power vs Capacity per Pod in Watts

Shows the Actual active power plus planned Budget power per pod vs the pod Capacity. The Actual is the sum of all planned and installed Rack PDUs as reported from Power IQ. The Budget is sum of the potential power of planned Device/Network items. The sum of the two bars would represent the estimated overall power usage per pod. The Capacity is from the standard Power Capacity field for the pod (Aisle).
