Parameter 1 is the ticket custom field of type text that should be updated with the Item's Cabinet Name.

Parameter 2 is the ticket custom field of type text that should be updated with the Item's UPosition.

This rule updates the ticket custom fields with the Cabinet and UPosition of the assigned item that triggered the rule.

If the item is a cabinet, the Cabinet will be the Item Name and the  UPosition will be N/A.

This rule will update all tickets the item is associated with if the custom fields defined in Parameters 1 and 2 if they do not already have a value in them.

This rule currently handles one item to many tickets, but not many items to one ticket.
