This rule updates the standard location reference of an item based on the cabinet name. 

The cabinet name format is any alphanumeric text containing one forward slash followed by 4 characters which will be copied to location reference field with a forward slash inserted in the middle. e.g. abc/am09  will copy AM09 and append - RU UPosition. If the UPosition is Unassigned and the item is a blade, the chassis uPosition-ChassisName-SlotPosition will be used.
