This rule copies the custom field value stored in the custom field defined in parameter 1 to the standard Substatus field when the custom and standard field are not both null and the custom field was the last of the two to be updated. If the standard field was the last of the two fields to be updated, its value will be copied into the custom field.

This rule applies to all item classes and statuses.
