This rule will set the substatus field based on the current status of the asset and the set parameters.
When the asset status is Planned and the substatus is set to a value not defined in parameter 1, the rule will set the substatus to the matching default substatus; similarly for parameters 2, 3 and 4.
When the asset moves from one valid status to another, the rule will set the substatus based on the values set in parameters 5, 6, 7 and 8.
This rule has audit trail logging.
