This rule will move the child blade to the matching position of its parent blade.
If the child slot position is not available when the parent blade is moved, the parent blade will be placed in its previous position and the child will follow.
If the slot position of the child is changed, the rule will not allow the move and the user will need to make the change on the parent blade.
If the parent blade is assigned at the cabinet level, the child blade will be assigned to the same cabinet with no other placement information. Similarly if the placement details is at the location level only.
