Rule - Set CF to SNOW Item URL

This rule updates a custom field when it is empty to the URL of the asset in Service Now using the CMDB UUID.

This does not work with integrations using CI tables.

Use Case: Needs a simple clickable link in dcTrack for a user to access the same asset in Service Now. Has assets that are integrated with Service Now.
