Rule - Set Substatus Based on Checkbox Custom Fields

This rule will set the substatus field based on the combination of two checkbox values.

When the Power Planning checkbox is marked and the Network Planning checkbox is not, the substatus will be updated to the value in parameter.
When Power Planning checkbox is not marked and the Network Planning checkbox is marked, the substatus will be updated to the value in parameter.
When both checkboxes are marked, the substatus will be updated to the value in parameter.
