Rule - Set Cabinet Capacity off PDU Rating and Count

This rule sets the cabinet capacity based on the model rating of the PDUs dividing the total derated rating in half.

Note: Making an update on a PDU inside the cabinet will trigger the rule to run. This rule will only use Rack PDU: AC Power to calculate the Cabinet Capacity.
