Chart Widget - Active Power per PDU with Room Capacity

Shows a line for each Rack PDU denoting the active power in Watts for the selected location. The sum is derived from the Rack PDU level readings for the selected period, granularity and statistic. The chart can show one line that is the sum of all Rack PDUs, or one line for each Rack PDU. Shows a line for the room capacity.
