Chart Widget - Tickets by Status and dcTrack Purpose

Description

Shows the count of tickets by ticket status, dcTrack purpose, user and location grouped by ticket status, purpose, user or location. The list of users are those with tickets assigned to them. This widget will not show tickets that do not have a location.
