Chart Widget - Actual Power per Item By Device or Network Model

Shows the active power in Watts within the selected location and model. The value is derived from the IT Device level readings from all installed or planned network or device assets. Shows the budget for the selected model as a threshold line.

Use Case: Once we identify a model that is not pulling power how we expect, I need to be able to view all items of that model to determine which assets are the outliers.
