Chart Widget - Cabinet Space Capacity by DC Name

Shows the capacity for space inside the cabinets in each Data Center Name based on the number of rack units. When an item is mounted to either or both front and back rails, that rack unit is considered used.

Use Case: The user needs to view the count of available RUs in cabinets with the installed status, with the ability to filter cabinets by location, and toggle the inclusion of cabinets in the planned status.
