Chart Widget - Actual and Planned Power vs. Capacity per Cabinet Customer and Ideal Capacity

Shows the sum of the actual active power in Watts plus the budget power for all planned items in the cabinet vs. the Max Capacity of the cabinet for the selected customer and cabinets and the Ideal Capacity. The Ideal Capacity is some percentage of the Max Capacity. The actual values are based on the latest available readings from Power IQ.
