Rule - Set Custom Field With Unique ID and Item Name to Prefix - Unique ID

This rule updates the custom field in parameter 1 with the next available digit and updates the device name to the prefix defined in parameter 2 - the custom field value stored in the field from parameter 1 for all new devices.

For example, when the next available digit is 2027, then the UNIQUE_ID field would have the value 2027 and the item name would be updated to sys-2027.
